law from Santa Clara [CA] University. Previously Dave

reporter Tim Daly (John Jackson Woodward-Albert
Mattson Woodward-Cora Woodward Mercer-Robert Pyle Mercer-Suzanne
Mercer Daly) joined the station in September, 1991. Tim is
a news reporter/fill-in anchor based in the News 10 San Joaquin
Valley, CA newsroom.
Although he covers a wide range of stories, including
live breaking news, his primary coverage area includes San Joaquin,
Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Calaveras, and Amador counties. Tim has
filled in as both a news and sports as anchor when needed. |
Through the years, Tim has covered
a number of major stories, including the trials Ellie Nesler,
Charles Ng, Cary Stayner and Scott Peterson.
Tim is active in the community, frequently speaking
to groups and appearing at events in San Joaquin and Stanislaus
counties.
Before joining News10, Tim worked for KGW, Channel
8, in Portland, Oregon; for KOLD, Channel 13, in Tucson, Arizona;
and at KTSM, Channel 9, in El Paso, Texas.
Tim graduated from San Jose State University in
1981. He is married and has two daughters. In his spare time,
Tim enjoys music and sports. |

STAMM The family
is very proud of Cousin Andrew Stamm,
son of Greg and Debby Stamm (John
J. Woodward-Albert Woodward-Leon Woodward -Phyllis
Woodward Gray). In the summer of 2005 Andrew
finished his Eagle Scout project by building raised
flower beds and mulch bins for residents of a low
income retirement community.
Andrew's father, Greg, and
his grandfather Stamm also attained Eagle Scout
status; all four grandparents attended the Award
Ceremony. Andrew captained his
high school swim team, qualified for district, and
was named outstanding Senior Swimmer. He was also
a member of his high school marching band.
Andrew
attends the Maine Maritime Academy, majoring in
Marine Engineering and Technology.
In 2007, Andrew, now a
junior, was a summer intern aboard a 1000-foot container
ship with calls in Sardinia, Oman, Dubai, Pakistan,
India, and the Suez Canal. |
